Can You See a Golden Rainbow?

It is said, find the end of a Rainbow and you’ll discover a pot of gold. In this instance gold is a metaphor for charity golden moments with children for whom time has become incredibly precious. Caring for up to 300 children and young people on a consistent base requires resources, buckets full of love and dedication. Every child has a family that needs reaching out to, that needs comfort and support to make ever minute the best experience possible. No precious metal could ever replace the love for someone lost especially, when the loss involves a child.
Over the last 20 years charitable organisation, Rainbows Children’s Hospice, has helped hundreds of children within the East Midlands area. Creating an environment where joy can be shared in what is an extremely emotional and traumatic time for all involved. When you think of the work they do it’s incredible to think that a large proportion of the funding required for such a great cause is predominately raised from charity activity. Rainbow’s is mainly staffed by volunteers who’re endlessly seeking new and interesting ways to capture the public’s imagination coming up with charity fundraising events, awareness campaigns designed to inspire us all to reach into our pockets to find the price of say, a cup of coffee. Every little helps to maintain those resources that allow the moments of joy.
The Rainbows fundraising team have skilfully teamed up with other charities to bring amazing experiences where you can have golden moments while raising funds for a wonderful cause.
